Affinity Dental accepts patients with or without insurance. We participate in many of the major PPO plans and will do a complimentary benefits check for all new patients.
We will work to optimize your insurance benefits. If you don’t have insurance, don’t worry! We offer third party interest-free financing through CareCredit or low-interest extended payment options through Lending Club Patient Financing.
We accept the CareCredit healthcare credit card for dental procedures
CareCredit is the healthcare credit card exclusively designed to finance healthcare services like dental care and orthodontics for you or your family. CareCredit offers special financing on purchases of $200 or more for healthcare procedures not commonly covered by insurance, including dental treatments. Plus, you can use your CareCredit card over and over for follow-up appointments.*

Our practice is pleased to present flexible payment plans through Lending Club Patient Solutions. Lending Club Patient Solutions offers:

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and personal checks.

Affinity Dental values your time. We will make every effort to see you at your scheduled time and in the event we are running ten minutes or more behind you will receive a courtesy call or text message from our office. If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, we require 48 hours notice. There will be a $50 fee for any missed appointments not cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. We appreciate your understanding!
